Reflecting on the past three days, I feel an overw Reflecting on the past three days, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude and amazement. Being given the opportunity to facilitate six soundbaths for Chanel team members and special guests was my largest event to date, and it was an honor to do so. The most inspiring part of the experience was witnessing the transformative power of sound healing on the participants, especially those who were new to the practice. In the midst of the stress and excitement surrounding the reopening of Chanel’s flagship boutique, it was an honor to provide a much-needed break and a unifying experience for everyone involved. Through sound healing, meditation, and affirmations, we focused on promoting individual wellbeing and wishing the best for each other.
